MADHAV TANDAN

Madhav is a highly seasoned venture investor having spent over a decade investing in India’s startup ecosystem.

 

He spent 8 years at Omidyar, where he led investments in emerging tech. He thereafter set up Escape Velocity, an early-stage technology investment firm focused on cross-border opportunities from India. Prior to that, he spent 7 years in technology investment banking across multiple geographies with Citigroup and Credit Suisse.

Some of his notable investments include DealShare, FarMart, IntrCity, IndusOS (sold to PhonePe), IDfy, CityMall, Loop Health, Scripbox, Spyne, GOAT Brands, Tazapay, etc.​

 

Madhav has an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Oxford University
