Gaurav has over 20 years of rich experience in risk & conflict management, management & board reporting, high stake negotiations, deal structuring, financial controllership & decision-making support, revenue assurance & controls, strategic financial planning & analysis, funding, treasury, ERP implementation, business acquisition, due diligence, process standardisation & improvement, taxation, legal & compliances.
He successfully led transaction closure of all investments at Orios since 2021 from legal, structuring, regulatory, due diligence, risk assessment and commercial perspective
